The Job
Develop policy, process and initiatives to meet company’s aspirations on talent attraction, retention and management, career planning and development. succession planning and executive development in line with the talent/learning and development strategies at jobs for optimal business performance. Assesses talent readiness and translate to talent development plan.


QualificationBachelor’s degree. Possession of a Master’s degree and/or Professional certification would be an advantage. .
The Person:The successful candidate must have exceptional, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills have a solid sense of confidentiality and discretion, be able to develop and maintain highly effective relationship externally and internally and be able to operate individually and employ solid decision making skills.

ExperienceA minimum of 1 years working experience in a similar role with hands on knowledge of talent management tools.
