POSITION: RESIDENT COOK

Not more than 45 years old

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook various local and continental dishes for home and events
Plan, schedule recipes to prepare and prepare special menus
Supervise the cleaning of kitchen, storeroom, and refrigerators
Able to cook in bulk and use commercial kitchen equipment

Should organize the staff schedule and plan how regular duties should be carried out
Maintain an inventory and appropriately store food mm
May perform related work as required.
