Job Reference: REC’11
Position: RECEPTIONIST
Department: Human Resources

JOB SPECIFICATION:
First line employee that visitors interact with.
Responsible for welcoming visitors to the company, determining the nature and purpose of visit and directing along established guidelines, authorized visitors to the appropriate quarters.
Keeps an electronic log of correspondence to the company. Deals with internal inquiries on the phone,
makes sure that all visitors fill the visitors’ register, keeps track of all who enter the company and maintains decorum in the reception.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of OND and at least five
O‘Level Credits, including Mathematics & English at not more than two sittings.

THE PERSON:
Must be confident with good organizational ability and ability to multitask.
Must be friendly and possess good communication, presentation and language skills.
Basic use of the computer and its applications is necessary.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years relevant experience.
