This successful person in this role will apply understanding of their clients' business strategy to recommend, manage and deploy program, policies and initiatives that help our build workforce capability - through the areas of diversity, learning and development, capacity and managing required workforce lifecycle policy and processes. The professional will work with business and other HR peers to manage end-to-end solutions within this scope across West Africa as required. The role will be based in Lagos, Nigeria
