We are a reputable Investment Banker, Stockbroker, Financial Adviser and Portfolio Manager. The Issued and Paid-up Share Capital of the company is N4,500,000,000 (Four Billion, Five Hundred Million Naira).
The company has grown over the years with a number of subsidiary companies including GTI Consult Ltd. (a management consulting firm) and GTI Microfinance Bank Limited.
JOB TITLE: PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
The ideal candidate will lead a team of consultants in a well managed consulting firm in Lagos.
QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
Good first degree in Humanities, Management, Accounting r Economics
An MBA and higher degree / professional Qualification shall be added advantage
Minimum of 10 years experience in HR training and Development and Consultancy
Ability to use high-end software with good speed and accuracy in data processing and management is essential
A team leader with high level of interpersonal relationship
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and sustain strong corporate clientele
Design and implement value added training programmes
Turn around planning and Human Capital development
Conduct due diligence on corporate entities Originate, design and implement strategic management initiatives
Strategic marketing of derives/products to public sector and corporate entities
