APT Pension Funds Managers Limited was incorporated (RC 612608) on the 13th December 2004 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990. The Company was granted an AIP (Approval in Principle) by the National Pension Commission on the 22nd November 2006 to carry out the business of a Pension fund Administration in Nigeria, APT Pension Funds Managers Limited applied for a licence to operate as Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) on 28th June 2005 and PenCom granted us an approval in Principle on 22nd November 2006.


APT Pension Funds Managers Limited has now been given Approval for the grant of Licence to carry on the Business of a Pension Fund Administrator on the 21st June, 2007.
The Company is headquartered at FMBN Building, Plot 266 cadastral AO, CBD Abuja with three other branches located Strategically in Gombe, Kaduna & Lagos State.
