Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day support of the Group’s IT faculties
- Provides first hand administrative support for the business applications
- Manage and implement the installation of all new computer software as required, enabling the delivery of IT service for effective business operation
- Manages disaster recovery processes
- Maintains close contact with software vendors for better understanding of new developments/support, as it affects the company’s business application
- Provides on the job training for users
Qualifications, Qualities & Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years prior Information Technology experience required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain strong attention to details in high-pressure situations.
