PM Global Consulting: Zonal Business Coordinator
Our Client is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission and licensed under the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) with the mandate to develop and provide health management services for individuals and organisations. The company is in the process of repositioning a Health Insurance Management Organisation to run as a self-accounting establishment with a business operations package and an independent compensation structure that favourably competes with what obtains in the health insurance industry.Required
Towards this end, our client is desirous of raising a team of versatile individuals with veritable exposure and lustrous track records in the Health Insurance Management (and related fields) to form the core of the operations team and the management platform. The following are the key position required:

Job Aim
To manage the zonal offices administration and achieve the revenue target of the company in the various zones
Duties
To coordinate all activities of the company at the zonal level and to liaise and build relationship with a range of stakeholders
Educational Qualification
A first degree in the Social Sciences or its equivalent. Possession of an MBA or any relevant PG degree will confer added advantage
Cognate Experience
Previous experience should be in similar duties for at least 7 years in a health insurance company, 2 of which must have been at the managerial level.
Age:
All candidates should be between thirty (30) and forty five (45) years of age
Remuneration
Our Client’s remuneration package is competitive within the industry. Allowances and perquisites attached to this position are equally attractive. Other appurtenances include prospects of overseas training and other developmental programmes.
