NEWS EDITOR (Newspaper)
• Minimum of first degree in any discipline
• Ability to effectively manage newsroom
• Must have the ability to sift facts from fiction
• Must have drive, industry contacts, strong writing and analytical skill
• Must have held similar position or its equivalent in a national newspaper.
• Must have passion for fearless, investigative and developmental journalism.
BUSINESS EDITOR (Newspaper)
• Minimum of first degree in Economics or any of the Social Sciences
• Must have held similar position or its equivalence in a national newspaper or magazine
• Must have drive, industry contacts and good analytical skill
• Must have passion for fearless, investigative and developmental journalism ” Must be a team player
• Must have the ability to see the business in business reporting.
CRIME EDITOR (Newspaper)
• Minimum of first degree in any discipline
• Passion for fearless, investigative and developmental journalism ” Ability to sift facts from fiction
• Must have drive, industry contacts, good writing and analytical skill
• Must have held a similar position or its equivalence in a national newspaper.
POLITICS EDITOR (Newspaper and Magazine)
• Minimum of first degree in any discipline
• Passion for fearless, investigative and developmental journalism
• Ability to sift facts from fiction
• Must have drive, industry contacts, strong writing and analytical skill
• Must have held similar position or its equivalence in a national newspaper
• Must have the ability to see the business in politics reporting.
ADVERT MANAGER (Newspaper)
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalence in any discipline
• Must have passion, strong and competitive Marketing skills
• Must have strong network of Industry contacts
• Must have the ability to generate business development models for the organisation. Must be a team-player and an efficient manager of people
• Must have drive and must have a strong understanding of the Nigerian Business terrain
• Must have held a similar position or its equivalence in a national newspaper or magazine.
ADVERT EXECUTIVES – Newspaper and Magazine
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalence in any discipline
• Must have passion, strong and competitive Marketing skills

• Must possess strong communication skill

CIRCULATION MANAGER
• Must be innovative and resourceful
• Must possess good knowledge of the industry
• Ability to identify and grow target market
• Ability to develop effective marketing models for the newspaper
• Minimum of first degree in any discipline.
CORRESPONDENTS/ REPORTERS (Newspaper and Magazine)
• A minimum of first degree or its equivalence in any discipline
• Must have drive, industry contacts, good news gathering, writing and analytical skills
• Must have passion for fearless, investigative and developmental journalism
• Must be proficient in the use of computer
• Ability to sift facts from fiction.
ACCOUNTANT
• Minimum of first degree in accounting
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
• Knowledge and experience of accounting software applications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong administrative, supervisory, reporting and communications skills.
